A. No. Our client base extends around the globe and onto several continents. In fact, the majority of our business is currently out of state and international. A great strength of the web design and hosting business is that you can provide service to anyone in the world with a computer and an Internet connection.

A. Our team has over a decade of experience in all areas of the Internet business. Our CEO was working on web sites as far back as the mid 1990's, when the Internet was a very different place indeed! Our designers have extensive experience of building a very wide range of sites, from smaller company brochure and informational sites, right up to vast Internet based backend database systems for multinational companies.

Q. What is an optional maintenance charge?
A. At Wilmington Web we understand that every web site is a growing and changing document. At the end of the major design process on any project we offer every client the option to pay our company a small annual fee to cover all content changes throughout the site over a year.
If a business expects to update special offers or
put out seasonal news but doesn't want to worry about making any changes themselves, all this is covered by the maintenance. In fact, any change to existing page content is covered by the flat fee. The only changes not covered are the addition of new pages of changes to the structural design of the site.
We are very clear to stress that this is an optional service. If a client feels they will have few changes to their site, or wants to tackle these themselves, we are more than happy if any future work is on a need by need basis.
Our goal is to provide the service the client needs at the best value.
Q. Why do clients have to pay a deposit?
A. Every design project represents a significant investment of time on our part and obviously design work produced for one client cannot be "resold" if it suddenly becomes unneeded.
The third part deposit
represents a demonstration of commitment by the client to the project and gives our company some insurance against loss in case the client pulls out late in the project when significant design work has already been undertaken.
Q. Can I set up a payment plan?
A. Absolutely! At Wilmington Web we understand that economic times are tight, and that your design costs represent a significant investment. We are always happy to work with you to develop a payment plan to make the burden as light as possible. Your site will still go live as soon as it is ready. Our first concern is to get you functioning online.
Q. Can I pay by credit card?
A. Yes. We are happy to take payment via any major credit card, via check or via cash. Though we prefer payment in dollars we also accept payments in British Pounds or Euros, as this is often easier for some of our international clients.
